Both distances cater to a variety of runner profiles. You can opt for the 10 km to aim for a fast time and try to beat your own record (and maybe others' as well). For the half marathon, you’ll need to hang in there a bit longer. Double the kilometers means double the effort 🥵.
Fortunately, the charming surroundings of the city will keep you motivated to keep running 🤪.
Aside from the race, you can enjoy some delightful aspects of Vila Nova de Famalicão. The parks like Das Azenhas and Da Devesa 🌳 are just waiting to be explored 👀. You could also extend your adventure by exploring the stunning Gerês National Parks with their breathtaking landscapes, perfect for a hike in the wild 🌱.
