However, you can ride your bike and run without any problems: the course is straight! 🛣️ As Dory said: "Just keep swimming"! 🐠

Swimming is great, but for how long? ⌚ The event offers two distances: a "Sprint" format and an "Olympic" format 🏅. For short-distance fans, the "S" will be ideal with its 750 m of swimming 🏊‍♀️, 18 km of cycling, and 5 km of running! If you've always dreamed of the Olympic glory 🏆, it's time to take on the legendary Olympic distance: 1,500 m of swimming, 34 km on the bike 🚴‍♀️, and 10 km of running! 🏃‍➡️ But don't worry, the course won't trip you up 🛞 (or slow you down 🦵). You’ll swim in the Mediterranean Sea 🌊, starting from the beach, the cycling will be very fast with a sea view, and the run will take place along the promenade lined with palm trees... 🌴 Sounds like a vacation, doesn't it? 🤔

After crossing the finish line, extend your stay and explore the region's treasures 🗺️. Don't miss visiting Tarragona, with its Roman ruins listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site 🌍. For an adrenaline rush, you can stop by Port Aventura World theme park for a day full of excitement 🎢.
