This marathon starts at the base of the Arc de Triomphe, runs down the Champs-Elysées towards Place de la Concorde 📍, then makes its way through Rue de Rivoli to arrive in front of Opéra Garnier 🎼. A quick loop around Place de la Bastille before tackling the gentle climb to Porte d'Auteuil will lead you into Bois de Vincennes 🌲. Back in the city 🏙️, you'll have a breathtaking view of Notre-Dame, the Musée d'Orsay, and the Eiffel Tower before reaching the Bois de Boulogne and crossing the finish line at the iconic Place de l'Etoile 😎. In total, seven districts are explored for an exceptional pedestrian adventure in Paris 🤩. More than a mere visit, it's practically an American-style show we're offering you here, thanks to an extraordinary organization 🤯. Your heart will race even before the start gun fires with entertainment 🥳, live bands, and crowds! 🙌 Starts are staggered based on your time ⏱️, ensuring you're at the right pace thanks to trained pacers 🐇.
The 250,000 spectators will give you wings with their cheers along the course 👏. Every year, 60,000 participants, including 23,000 runners from 145 different nationalities, come to take part in this event 🤓. The Paris Marathon 🇫🇷 kicks off at the foot of the Arc de Triomphe, then descends the avenue of the Champs-Elysées. Within the first 6 kilometers, you'll discover iconic landmarks like the Hôtel de Ville, Place de la Concorde, the Opéra Garnier 🎼, Place Vendôme, and the Louvre 🖼️, leading you to Place de la Bastille. This start feels like running through a postcard 🤩. You'll then face a gentle incline at Porte d'Auteuil directing you straight into the lush Bois de Vincennes 🌲. Here, the course becomes more challenging with alternating ascents 📈 and descents 📉, requiring careful energy management 💨.
At km 20, as you return to the city 🏙️, you'll feel the warmth of the spectators in a festive atmosphere 🎉. Passing through the first tunnel at Tuileries, you’ll catch glimpses of Notre-Dame ⛪️, the Musée d'Orsay 🎨, and the Eiffel Tower at km 30. Brace yourself, as a 250 m hill awaits you at km 34 on Boulevard Exelmans 🥵. You then enter the Bois de Boulogne 🌳 and cross the finish line at the iconic Place de l'Etoile ⭐️.

You can collect your race bib at the Parc des Expositions Porte de Versailles, Hall 1, on the following dates:
Thursday, April 10, 2025, from 3 PM to 8 PM
Friday, April 11, 2025, from 10 AM to 8 PM
Saturday, April 12, 2025, from 10 AM to 7 PM
To participate in the marathon, participants must have been born in 2005 or earlier. The "Paris Run for All" is open to runners aged 12 and up.
You'll find free storage facilities to leave your bag. Please note the size should not exceed 45x36x20 cm. There are restrooms available at the start, finish, and along the course.
There will be refreshment stations every 5 km as well as at the finish line.

To join the race, you simply need to make a donation between €2 and €100 during registration. All donations will be donated to a charity. The race takes place the day before the marathon, on Saturday, April 12, 2025.
The time limit is 6 hours.
