The event in a few words

Your next race is taking place on an island ๐Ÿ๏ธ. When we say Malta, what comes to mind? Party time? ๐Ÿ•บ Well, not quite! Weโ€™re here to talk about the famous Malta Marathon ๐Ÿค“.

Established in 1986, it's one of the oldest marathons in Europe! For its 40th edition, the organizer offers you 3 events: the classic marathon covering 42.195 km, the half marathon of 21.097 km, and finally a walkathon ๐Ÿšถโ€โ™€๏ธ. The walkathon follows the half marathon route, starting at the same time but allowing you more time to finish. You can walk (of course) or run it. This event aims to offer a less competitive ๐Ÿ† but still challenging experience ๐Ÿ’ช! This city-to-city race begins in the ancient capital, Mdina, and finishes in Sliema ๐Ÿ“.

This race allows you to push your limits while enjoying the beauty of this Mediterranean island. Run along the coastline ๐ŸŒŠ under a sunny sky ๐ŸŒž with mild temperatures for the month of February โ„๏ธ. Starting in Mdina, you'll embark on a race filled with culture and history. The city, known as the "Silent City" ๐Ÿคซ, is a historic town located at the center of the country. The former capital of Malta is renowned for its tranquil ambiance, quiet streets, and its timeless atmosphere ๐Ÿ˜Œ.

If, after crossing the finish line ๐Ÿ in triumph, you still have energy to spare, head to the capital to dance the night away ๐Ÿชฉ. Known for its vibrant nightlife, Valletta hosts numerous festivals throughout the year ๐ŸŽ‰. If you prefer a quiet stroll, head to Rabat, Mdina's neighboring town, perfect for family walks ๐Ÿ‘ช. If you donโ€™t feel like walking around and are completely exhausted from the race, relax on the beaches of Golden Bay: one of Maltaโ€™s most beautiful beaches, ideal for resting after the effort ๐Ÿ–๏ธ and only a few minutes' drive away ๐Ÿš—.

So, are you ready to take on the challenge and live an unforgettable experience? ๐Ÿ˜œ Sign up now and enjoy every stride in this exceptional setting! ๐ŸŽ‰
